A native of Wisconsin, Dr. Frazier attended Marquette University where he earned both his Doctorate of Dental Surgery and Masters of Science degree in Orthodontics. He has been in private practice since 1981. Continuing education and professional affiliations include: Membership in the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Wisconsin Dental Association, Wisconsin Society of Orthodontists, Brown-Door-Kewaunee Dental Association, and American Cleft Palate Association. A lifetime member of Northeastern Wisconsin Orthodontic Study Club, Dr. Frazier meets continuously with colleagues for study and review of challenging cases, and is President of the Wisconsin Society of Orthodontists.
Dr. Frazier is most interested in orthodontic techniques that are intended to achieve the best facial balance, as he believes esthetics and function go hand in hand.
Raising a family in Green Bay with the many advantages and programs it has to offer has provided wonderful opportunities for community engagement. Coaching youth softball and soccer, serving on the Y.M.C.A. Board of Directors, raising awareness and funds for the Cerebral Palsy Center. Dr. Frazier was a founding member of the St. Vincent Hospital cleft palate team.
Jay and his wife, Alison, have two grown daughters, Elizabeth and Catherine. Both daughters are medical professionals in teaching hospitals, serving as pediatric pharmacologist and physician's assistant respectively. In his free time Dr. Frazier loves outdoor recreation, biking, golf, cross-country skiing, and Packer football.
